Warranty

Prestige LED Grow Solutions Pty Ltd will be offering products from a number of different manufacturers and will aim to honour the individual manufacturers warranty periods. This will result in different product ranges having different warranty and returns conditions so please ensure you are aware of the warranty period that applies to the product you are ordering. The first product being offered is the Kind LED Grow Light range so that is all that is applicable initially, as new products are added this policy will be updated accordingly.

 

Black Dog LED Limited Lifetime Warranty

What Is Covered

Black Dog LED Australia products are warranted against manufacture defects to the original owner from the date of original purchase for the expected lifetime of the light. In the event of defective materials and/or workmanship, Black Dog LED Australia will repair or replace, at its option, the defective product within 45 days from receipt of the defective product for the first three (3) years after purchase.

After three (3) years and up to five (5) years from the original date of purchase, the customer will be responsible for labour associated with repairs and Black Dog LED Australia will be responsible for the cost of parts.

Return shipping of the repaired light is covered by Black Dog Led Australia up to $75 per incident for the first three (3) years after purchase. In the first three (3) years after purchase, if return shipping will exceed $75, the customer will be notified and is responsible for paying any amount of shipping over $75 prior to the product being shipped back to the customer.

What is Not Covered

The Warranty does not apply to damage resulting from improper care, housings that have been opened, misuse or normal wear and tear, which includes but is not limited to 5% or less of LEDs not lighting, improper installation, and/or failure to provide reasonable and necessary maintenance, improperly packaging and shipping the light back to Black Dog LED Australia, etc.

After five (5) years Black Dog LED Australia will offer repair services or parts as long as parts are available; the cost of repairs and parts after five (5) years are the sole responsibility of the customer.

After three (3) years, the customer is responsible for paying for return shipping prior to the product being shipped back to the customer.

How To Obtain Warranty Service

In order to enforce the rights under this warranty, the purchaser must notify Prestige LED of a warranty claim by contacting a representative on 0472 535 490 or info@prestigeled.com.au. At this time the purchaser will be called upon to provide proof of purchase and the unique serial number located on the sticker on top of the housing. Our representative will either attempt to assist in troubleshooting, request photos showing defect, or issue a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) and provide return instructions. Upon receipt and review of the defective product Prestige LED will repair or replace your unit per warranty guidelines above. On dispatch of your unit you will be sent an e-mail notifying you of the dispatch, the shipping company used, the expected delivery time and any applicable tracking numbers.

 

 

Black Dog LED 90 Day Return Policy

If you are unsatisfied with any Black Dog LED Australia grow lights, you can return it for a refund within 90 days from the original purchase date. A Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) must be requested and the product shipped within 90 days of the original date of receipt.

Returns are limited to one (1) light per customer. All lights must be returned in “as new” condition in the original packaging and include all accessories. Lights that have been broken, damaged, altered, or had the housing opened are not returnable. “Damaged” includes but is not limited to water damage and damage resulting from being dropped and/or incorrect electrical connection.

Returns will be charged a 10% restocking fee plus the cost of shipping to the customer. Return shipping charges are non-refundable. We recommend using a carrier that has tracking capabilities when sending returns. The customer assumes responsibility for return shipping fees, insuring the return shipment, and filing any necessary claims for damages or lost returns.

Kind LED 90 Day Full Warranty | 3 Year Limited

What Is Covered

Kind LED Grow Light products are warranted against defects in materials and/or workmanship for a period of three (3) years from the original date of purchase. During the warranty period Prestige LED Grow Solutions will either repair or replace any covered, defective product. Within the first 90 days Prestige LED Grow Solutions will incur all costs associated with the repair, or replacement, and return of the defective product. After 90 days, the customer will assume responsibility of shipping the defective product back to Prestige LED Grow Solutions for the remainder of the warranty period. Prestige LED Grow Solutions will, in turn, assume responsibility for up to $75 per light of the shipping fees associated with returning the repaired or replaced product back to the purchaser. Return shipping fees in excess of $75 will be the responsibility of the purchaser.

What Is Not Covered

This limited warranty does not cover any damage, deterioration or malfunction resulting from any alteration, modification, improper use or maintenance, misuse, abuse, neglect, exposure to excess moisture, fire, improper packing and shipping (such claims must be presented to the carrier), lightning, power surges, or other acts of nature. This warranty does not cover any damage, deterioration or malfunction resulting from the installation or removal of this product from any installation, any unauthorised tampering with this product, any repairs attempted by anyone unauthorised by Kind LED to make such repairs, or any other cause which does not relate directly to a defect in materials and/or workmanship of this product.

At this time the purchaser will be called upon to provide proof of purchase and the unique lot number located on the silver sticker on top of the housing. The Kind LED representative will either attempt to assist in troubleshooting, request photos showing defect, or issue a Return Authorisation Number and provide more detailed local return instructions to send the unit back to Prestige LED grow Solutions. Upon receipt and review of the defective product Prestige LED Grow Solutions will repair or replace and dispatch the unit within two (2) business days. On dispatch of your unit you will be sent an e-mail notifying you of the dispatch, the shipping company used, the expected delivery time and any applicable tracking numbers.

Kind LED Returns

Returns not qualifying for the 90 Day Money Back Guarantee can still be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. Pending the below conditions are met, purchaser will receive a refund less a 15% restocking fee and any associated shipping fees. As these returns don’t require a Return Authorisation Number please contact info@prestigeled.com.au if you would like to action a return.
