Shipping Policy

Region

We only offer automated ordering and shipping processes to valid Australian street addresses.  PO Boxes, Australian Territories such as Christmas Island, Cocos/Keeling Islands, Norfolk Island and Australian Antarctic Territories cannot be delivered to except by special arrangement. Please contact us directly to make arrangements prior to placing your order otherwise your order will be delayed.  If you would like any product shipped internationally please contact us directly at info@prestigeled.com.au.

Ordering & Payment

Once you have added your product(s) to the cart you will then need to “Choose Shipping Option” for which there will only be one option the system has calculated based on the valid freight charge basis at the time of your order.  You will then need to select which state the products will be shipped to then proceed to the “Check Out” page where you will confirm your order.  You will then be required to provide a name, valid Australian street address, email address and phone number for contact purposes if required.  You will also need to choose whether you would like to pay directly via credit card through eWay’s payment gateway or you can pay through your PayPal account.  All prices are in Australian (AUD) and are inclusive of GST.  We endeavour to ensure that our price list is current and reserve the right to amend our prices at any time.  If you have placed an order, we reserve the right to cancel your order should our prices change.

Delivery Cost Calculations

The shopping cart calculates delivery costs automatically so will only give you one “Shipping Option” to choose.  The shipping cost is calculated based on a flat $30 incl GST for K3 Series units and $85 incl GST for the K5 Series.  As an Introductory Offer we will be offering free freight on all orders, the shopping cart will automatically apply this offer to your cart.  Delivery charges are shown as a separate item in your shopping cart as “Shipping” and itemised on your sales invoice.

Order Processing and Notification

On placement of you order and payment being accepted, you will receive an e-mail confirmation of your order.  Please check all details carefully including the delivery address and contact us by reply e-mail immediately if there is a problem or discrepancy.

Once your order is confirmed and all the products in your order are in stock, we aim to dispatch from our warehouse on the next working day or at most within 2-3 working days.
On dispatch of your order you will be sent an e-mail notifying you of the dispatch, the shipping company used, the expected delivery time and any applicable tracking numbers.  In some cases you may also receive an e-mail from the courier company.

Using the tracking number you should be able to track your orders progress with the shipping company.  Please check regularly online using your tracking number and ensure that someone is present on the expected delivery day to sign for your delivery to minimise any delays in receiving your order.
If you haven’t received your order within the expected delivery time and you are unable to track your order through the use of your tracking number or the shipping company is unable to help you please contact us and we will work with you and the shipping company to resolve the situation ASAP.

Out of Stock Items

While we aim to keep all items in stock some do have long lead times so on occasions we may not have an item in stock.  If this does happen you will be contacted immediately by e-mail explaining the situation and the likely date the unavailable product is due to come back into stock.  You will be given the following choices:

Once we have contacted you we will hold the dispatch of the order until you reply with instructions for a maximum of 3 working days.  If by that time you have not contacted us to express your preferred option, on the 4th working day we will automatically proceed with option 1. above.

Delivery Address

Please ensure that someone is present at the nominated delivery address to sign and accept the delivery.  All our deliveries need a signature on delivery.  If no one is there to accept delivery the order will not be left but the driver will leave a note.  A redelivery or pick up at a depot will then have to be arranged.  Please note some courier companies may charge a redelivery fee. If no one is usually at your home, we suggest that you nominate an alternate delivery address (at the checkout stage) such as your work place or a friend or relative who is going to be home.
